BUS UPDATE

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. Unfortunately we will not be operating our buses for the summer of 2021.

We fully plan on operating in the summer of 2022 and we hope to see everyone then!

About Us

Surf Line Bus

A brand new direct bus service running between New York City and Long Beach Island, NJ. Buses depart every Friday evening from NYC and return every Sunday evening from most parts of LBI.

Our Services

We take you directly from NYC to LBI and back with no stops along the way. Let’s face it – no one wants to be on a bus when they could be at the beach. We aim to minimize the total travel time for everyone so you can get to your destination and relax.

Making it Easy

Reach out to us via email, phone, or text whenever you want. Our online booking system makes it easy so you don’t have to worry about waiting on a reply from someone for a reservation. Just checkout and keep your confirmation email handy to show the driver. You can also book trips in advance on the checkout page.

Clean and fresh bathroom onboard every bus. No need to hold it until arrival. No need to pull over at rest stops to delay the trip.

Free WiFi is offered for all passengers onboard our buses. No need to stay in the office to finish that project when you can do it on the road on your way to the beach!

Our Stops

We make six stops in Long Beach Island that accommodate most people. We also recommend the LBI Shuttle or Uber if you need to get anywhere on LBI without a car.

NYC Location

The bus departs from and drops people off in NYC at 9th avenue between 42nd and 43rd street in Manhattan. The bus stop outside Manhattan Plaza Winery – 589 9th Ave, New York, NY 10036.
